Function: Marketing Lead

Hours per week: 32-40
Salary indication: €3,000 – €4,000 per month
We are looking for a result-oriented growth marketer who is the driving force behind the further development and implementation of our growth strategy. You feel at home in a small team, where you can make a difference. You are aware that in a small organization you regularly have to think & act outside existing frameworks.
What are you going to do?
As a marketing manager you focus on:
- OKRs – developing an (online) marketing strategy aimed at growth, including monthly KPIs/OKRs based on the business strategy and goals.
- You interact with all team members – Product, Customer Success, Sales and of course new marketing colleague to be hired by you.
- Data & Analytics – setting up a sound and flexible measurement environment and monitoring this environment on a daily basis. You make progress by continuously experimenting and analyzing.
- Content & Branding – drawing up plans and managing projects related to UX, storytelling, organic social, advertisement creation and possibly white papers.
- Marketing activation – executing or managing the channels SEO (link building & content), email marketing (CRM), affiliate marketing & paid advertising (PPC, paid social & fixed deals).
- Website & CRO – managing and optimizing our website (WordPress), both for desktop and mobile.
- Grow hacking – continuing to experiment with new channels, tools and media collaborations.
Where will you work?
This startup has rocked the industry in circular waste bins. From dusty and old chubby to sexy and provocative. Helping the Netherlands in the transition to sustainable business, with waste separation as the most important means. This year is dominated by our own transition from national to international. A new name and improved image to serve our relations and potential clients even better. Of course we are working behind the scenes on a completely new platform where automation and customer experience are key. Our dream? The VanMoof are among the circular waste bins! We are located in the meadows below Amsterdam. Driving to work every day is already fun when the sun rises every morning in a new magical way.

Job description
During your time with us you will support the marketing director in all areas of content & creativity. You become a full member of the team and will therefore also be considered a real employee, not a coffee shop. You will be responsible for visual communication, whether this is a social media post, a new visual for the website or, for example, the design of the collection book. Your vision will be reflected in all visual communication. In short, you get the full opportunity to develop and develop your creativity and use it for a good cause.
Activities
- Visual content creation for website, social channels and campaigns
- Writing texts for blogs, newsletters & website
- Support sales team with content (E-book, white papers, etc.)
- Creation collection book
- Professionalization of communication package
- Creative thinking about the design of the new website
Desired profile
- Relevant education such as media design, creative business, graphic design, etc.
- Some experience with the Adobe stack (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.)
- Some experience with WordPress is a plus
- Proactive & independent
- Sense of aesthetics & design
- Excellent command of Dutch & English language
- Own ideas are very much appreciated
- Driving license is an advantage
